Will teach a two-day workshop on “Performance for the Camera” to 30 first year undergraduate students. Will prepare and present a conceptual framework concerned with gesture and the gaze as well as technical instruction on lighting, cameras, and video editing.

Served as Coordinator of the School’s annual “New Blood” performance festival, working with nearly 40 artists from submission process through jurying, acceptance, review, curation, and final production into a two-night event.

MISSION: To bring recognition and support to local arts and humanities programs and bolster regional news and events, thereby promoting the cultural economy through charitable means. To facilitate the continuing education of all citizens of the Lake Area on subjects pertaining to art, music, and culture, thus lessening this burden for civic government. Through commitment to these efforts, Poor Pony encouraged a sense of pride and spirit of participation in the local communities. “Providing the antidote to the poisonous thought: There’s nothing to do in Lake Charles.”
